Terms of Use & Payment Policy

1. Introduction

This document forms part of the +Post Terms and Conditions. It applies to anyone who has downloaded the +Post app and/or purchased a +Post Membership. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the +Post app. If you are using +Post on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” and “your” will refer to that entity.

2. Payment & Unlocking Premium Features

The basic version of +Post is free. Access to additional features is available through an auto‑renewing subscription (“+Post Membership”) purchased via Apple’s App Store in‑app payment system.

Payment: Charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto‑renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless auto‑renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charge: Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown in the app.
Managing your subscription: You can modify or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings. See Apple’s guide for details.
Free trials: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term (monthly, yearly, or as otherwise displayed). To avoid further charges, turn off auto‑renewal at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends.

4. Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, contact Apple Support directly. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

5. Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing at our discretion. We will attempt to notify you in advance so you may modify or cancel your subscription. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, +Post and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

7. Service Content and Third‑Party Links

Service content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not endorse or guarantee third‑party content or websites linked through the Service and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from their use.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless +Post, its developers, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, dispute, demand, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Warranty Disclaimers

THE +POST APP AND ALL RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free operation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may transfer them without notice.
